Sri Chinmoy Marathon, 10km & Children's 2.5km

The course is a flat and scenic 5km loop alongside the Avon River. The race is open to runners and walkers of all abilities. Entrance to parking is on the south side of Porritt Park. The registration area and start/finish will be across the bridge in Avonside Drive on the north side of Porritt Park. The marathon will consist of one 2km loop (out and back) to begin with followed by eight 5km loops. The children's 2.5km race will be an out and back loop.

Marathon

  • Registration opens at 7:00am. Race briefing will be at 7:50am. Race start at 8:00am.
  • The cut off time for the marathon is 7 hours.
  • There will be 2 aid stations providing water, Horley's Replace and light snacks.
  • All finishers will receive a medal, a certificate and a meal.
  • Massage will be available at no extra cost.

10km & Children's 2.5km

  • Registration opens at 8:15am. Race briefing will be at 8:50am. Race start at 9:00am.
  • There will be 2 aid stations providing water, Horley's Replace and light snacks.
  • All finishers will receive a certificate and a delicious breakfast.

The goal is to challenge yourself and discover your untapped potential.
