170 runners and walkers took part in the third and final race of the Self-Transcendence 'Mid Winter Series' of Half-Marathon & 11.1 km Fun Run/ Walks ... held at the Auckland Domain.
Graham Moore Auckland, set a race record of 1:17:16 in the half Marathon while Nyla Carroll ran a fine 1:20:22 ... her 4th consecutive Self-Transcendence Half Marathon victory, and just a few seconds over her 2005 race record (1:19:57). Men's 11.1 km winner Wondwossen Nagesh ran 39:37 for his 3rd victory in the series ... while 20 year old Nathalie Bernard won the women's 11.1 km in 50:00.
