    A very warm, blue-sky day greeted the runners and walkers for race 9 of the Sri Chinmoy Auckland Series 2025 ... held in a quiet, serene War Memorial Park, Mt Roskill on Sunday 07 December 2025.

    Finn Campbell (1.37.17) was victorious in the Sri Chinmoy 20 km Race, followed by Jason Gerritz (1.39.25) and Malcolm Chamberlin (1.52.02).

    In the Sri Chinmoy 10 km Race Joseph Sweeney (40.05) had a fine win, from by Mark Andrew (41.44) and impressive 65 year-old Tony King (42.42).  

    Melanie James (48.43) won the women's 10 km, from Larissa Wildsmith (54.11) and Fiona Muirhead-Smith (58.31).

    Christopher Rawles (22.13) was first in the Sri Chinmoy 5 km Race ... followed by Tama Pasene (27.53) and Tommy Tjahjadi (28.25).

    Loren Peart (26.14) won the women's 5 km Race, from Lisa Harris (27.14) and Hazel Winwood (31.39).

    Harriet Maslin (12.50) won the Sri Chinmoy 2.5 km Children's Race followed by her younger sister Matilda Maslin ((37.19).

    Theo Maslin (14.06) won the boy's 2.5 km race from Riley Cunningham (15.21) and Villa Zhang (15.55).

    A cloudy, warm, late spring day greeted the runners and walkers in race 8 of the Sri Chinmoy Auckland Series 2025 ... held at a quiet, peaceful War Memorial Park, Mt Roskill on Sunday 23 November 2025.

    Mark Andrew (1.32.54) was a clear winner of the Sri Chinmoy Half-Marathon ... followed by Vince Sesto (1.36.45) and Thomas Milliken (1.40.21).

    Despite a 10 minute late start, Self-Transcendence 3,100 mile (5,000 km ) finisher, Susan Marshall (1.53.02), won the women's Half-Marathon ... from Melissa Kjestrup (1.58.24) and Kirsty Sesto (2.00.15).

    In the Sri Chinmoy 12 km Race Melanie James (59.42) had a fine outright victory, followed by Nadine France (1.10.24).  

    TK Higuchi (1.03.06) won the men's 12 km, from race walker Gareth Jess (1.48.07).

    Christopher Rawles (29.06) was first in the Sri Chinmoy 6 km Race ... followed by his dad Stephen Rawles (36.21) and Tama Pasene (36.35).

    Larissa Wildsmith (31.36) won the women's 6 km Race ... followed Liz Hardley (36.15) and Melissa Stewart (42.11).

    A mainly fine, breezy, early spring day greeted the runners and walkers in race 7 of the Sri Chinmoy Auckland Series 2025 ... held at the beautiful Auckland Domain on Sunday 14 September 2025.

    Nikolas Drakos (1.19.05) was a clear winner of the Sri Chinmoy Half-Marathon ... followed by Johnathon Hew (1.27.59) and Mark Andrew (1.33.07).

    Lisa Harris (1.55.23) won the women's Half-Marathon ... from Claire Twomey (2.08.30) and Daisy Hodder (2.09.47).

    In the Sri Chinmoy Quarter Marathon (10.55 km), talented 13 year-old Abigail Bethell (43.58) had a superb outright victory, taking over 3 minutes off Clare Lund's 2023 women's record ... followed by her mum Amanda Bethell (48.34), and friend/ training partner Zara Benton (52.56).

    Leo Ebner (45.51) won the men's Quarter Marathon, from Laxmikant Sinha (48.52) and Oscar Sheweiry (52.41).

    Christopher Rawles (21.54) was first in the Sri Chinmoy 4.5 km Race ... followed by Tais Stevenson (25.27) and James McLennan (29.32).

    Larissa Wildsmith (23.46) won the women's 4.5 km Race ... followed Jeewon Kim (25.46) and Lisa Brown (29.30).

    Harvey Watson (6.54) won the Sri Chinmoy 1.5 km Children's Race ... followed by Villa Zhang (7.09) and Theo Maslin (8.18).

    Harriet Maslin (7.06) won the Girls 1.5 km Race ... followed by Elsie Ward and Sienna Boyle (both 8.26).

    A crisp, sunny, winter's day greeted the runners and walkers in race 6 of the Sri Chinmoy Auckland Series 2025 ... held at the delightful Auckland Domain on Sunday 10 August 2025.

    Edward Baddeley (1.19.04) was a clear winner of the Sri Chinmoy Half-Marathon ... followed by Mark Andrew (1.32.54) and Rexhep Ajvazaj (1.35.41).

    Kate Macdonald (1.28.58) won the women's Half-Marathon ... from Lisa Harris (1.56.40) and Valerie Ho Dunne (2.07.43).

    In the Sri Chinmoy Quarter Marathon (10.55 km), Ben Youdan (42.57) had a fine victory ... followed by Ollie Cheetham (44.26), just ahead of his Dad, Neil Cheetham (44.40).

    Kayla Hurcum (51.01) won the women's Quarter Marathon, from Sarah Park (55.48) and Alice Qi (1.05.17).

    Maia Cavanagh (18.25) set a women's race record in the Sri Chinmoy 4.5 km Race, taking 9 seconds of Emmy Hercum's 2023 race record ... followed Larissa Wildsmith (24.01) and Lisa Brown (29.58).

    Christopher Rawles (22.06) was first in the men's 4.5 km Race ... followed by his grandad Phil Rawles (30.48) and James McLennan (30.50).

    Wolfgang Brunt (5.36) won the Sri Chinmoy 1.5 km Children's Race, taking 3 secionds of Ollie Cheetham's 2024 race record ... followed by Harvey Watson (7.02) and Jack Swain (7.52).

    Riley McKay (5.42) won the Girls 1.5 km Race, taking 9 seconds of Katie Heaven's 2015 race record ... followed by Harriet Maslin (7.21).

    A chilly, mainly fine, mid winter's day greeted the runners and walkers in race 5 of the Sri Chinmoy Auckland Series 2025 ... held at the beautiful Auckland Domain on Sunday 13 July 2025.

    Zebedee Stone (1.16.45) was a close winner of the Sri Chinmoy Half-Marathon ... followed by his friend Michael Whittaker (1.16.46) and Thomas Milliken (1.35.33).

    Ketina Chivasa (1.35.08) won the women's Half-Marathon ... from Tilly Arasaratnam (1.35.56) and Jaime Stevenson (1.51.37).

    In the Sri Chinmoy Quarter Marathon (10.55 km), Finn Campbell (42.15) had a fine victory ... followed by Neil Cheetham (44.20) and Donovan Taylor (48.33).

    Maia Cavanagh (44.02) won the women's Quarter Marathon, from Kayla Hurcum (52.31) and Sandhya Fernandez (1.00.16).

    Ollie Cheetham (17.21) was first in the Sri Chinmoy 4.5 km Race, followed by Zachary Swain (18.59) and Raf Porto Carrero (23.29).

    Winnie Lau (24.12) won the women's 4.5 km, from Larissa Wildsmith (26.30) and Lisa Brown (30.59).

    Wolfgang Brunt (5.44) won the Sri Chinmoy 1.5 km Children's Race ... from Jack Swain (7.54).

    A chilly start made way for a mild sunny day for the runners and walkers in race 4 of the Sri Chinmoy Auckland Series 2025 ... held at the beautiful Auckland Domain on Sunday 08 June 2025.

    Mica Miner (1.27.08) was a comfortable winner of the Sri Chinmoy Half-Marathon ... followed by Navjoben Singh (1.28.35) and John Burnett (1.29.05).

    Kate Macdonald (1.32.07) won the women's Half-Marathon ... from Ketina Chivasa (1.46.39) and Lisa Gear (1.53.14).

    In the Sri Chinmoy Quarter Marathon (10.55 km), Rexhep Ajvazaj (45.06) had a fine victory ... followed by Alexander Rawles (47.40) and Evan Keating (49.57).

    Maia Cavanagh (45.14) won the women's Quarter Marathon, from Sarah Park (56.17) and Lisa Harris (56.44).

    Zachary Swain (19.52) was first in the Sri Chinmoy 4.5 km Race, followed by Christopher Rawles (19.57) and Phil Rawles (31.35).

    Hazel Winwood (27.09) won the women's 4.5 km, from Lisa Brown (31.20) and Rita Paton (32.29).

    Iu Kamrya (7.02) and Harriet Maslin (7.02) tied for first place in the Sri Chinmoy 1.5 km Children's Race.

    Thomas Milliken (1.38.10) was a comfortable winner of the Sri Chinmoy Half-Marathon ... followed by Ben Thorns (1.51.48) and Stacey Timmo (1.54.20).

    Nadine France (2.14.17) won the women's Half-Marathon ... from Rachel Moody (2.15.41) and Fiona Horsford (2.20.16).

    In the Sri Chinmoy Quarter Marathon (10.55 km), Neil Cheetham (47.20) had a fine victory ... followed by Alexander Rawles (48.11) and Matt Cicciarelli (51.03).

    Rachel Rawles (1.05.00) won the women's Quarter Marathon, from Laura Youdan (1.13.26) and Rachel Ebbett (1.14.55).

    Ollie Cheetham (18.38) was first in the Sri Chinmoy 4.5 km Race, followed by Phil Rawles (31.18).

    Amelia Ebbett (22.46) won the women's 4.5 km, from Pam Rawles (43.05) .

    A cloudy, breezy summer's day greeted runners and walkers, for race 2 of the Sri Chinmoy Auckland Series 2025 ... held at the popular Lovelock Track, War Memorial Park, Mt Roskill on Sunday 16 February 2025.

    Finn Campbell (1.32.34) was a comfortable winner of the Sri Chinmoy Half-Marathon ... followed by Jason Gerritz (1.35.57) and Thomas Milliken (1.38.29).

    Ying Wang (1.42.33) won the women's Half-Marathon ... from Lisa Harris (1.52.03) and Nadia Swartz (2.26.50).

    In the Sri Chinmoy 10 km Race, Alexander Rawles (46.03) led a fine family victory-trifecta ... followed by younger brother Stephen Rawles (49.02) and their 'Dad' Christopher Rawles (49.22).

    Owairaka Club athlete Angela Lewis (46.40) won the women's 10 km race, from Ellie Hackshaw (47.59) and Anne-Marie Mujice (52.04).

    Ken Sutton (37.35) was first in the Sri Chinmoy 5.6 km Race, followed by Bradley Gerritz (37.52) and Phil Rawles (40.28).

    Maia Cavannagh (22.57) ran very strongly to win the women's 5.6 km, just 24 seconds off Georgia Lynch's 2023 course record ... followed by Laura Gavin (29.32) and Antoinette McLeod (38.45) .

    Harriet Maslin (14.08) won the 2.5 km girl's race, from Ashley Gerritz (19.54) .

    A cool, breezy mid-summer's day greeted runners and walkers, for race 1 of the Sri Chinmoy Auckland Series 2025 ... held at the delightful Lovelock Track, War Memorial Park, Mt Roskill on Sunday 12 January 2025.

    Aron Thompson (1.23.10) was a comfortable winner of the Sri Chinmoy Half-Marathon ... followed by Jason Gerritz (1.36.32) and Peter Kipfer (1.40.30).

    Lisa Harris (1.52.15) won the women's Half-Marathon ... from Kabita Thakur (2.11.39) and Janel Tolentino (2.28.56).

    In the Sri Chinmoy 10 km Race, Karan Venter (35.38) ran strongly for a fine victory (just 22 seconds short of Ben Evans 2022 course record) ... followed by Finn Campbell (40.17) and Yusuke Chow (40.28).

    Maia Cavanagh (42.39) won the women's 10 km race, from Melanie James (49.37) and Kieva Hanlon (50.20).

    Alexander Rawles (23.10) was first in the Sri Chinmoy 5.6 km Race, followed by Christopher Rawles (26.01) and Te Iwihoko Te Rangihirawea (29.04).

    Angela Baird (29.31) won the women's 5.6 km, from Desiree Scanlan (32.09) and Melissa Allan (32.46) .

    Alexander Finn (9.17) ran a very fine course record in the Sri Chinmoy 2.5 km Children's Race (taking 3 seconds off Bruno McLeod's 2021 time) ... followed by Naoki Chow (14.20).

    Ashley Gerritz (16.45) won the 2.5 km girl's race, from Saisha Udare (16.56).
